    Criteria First warrants that the products enclosed herein to be free ot detects and workmanship tor a period of one year from the date of purchase In the event ot a detect in material or workmanship during the warranty period Criteria First at its discretion, will repair or replace the detective product when the owner returns the detective product to Criteria First The remedy tor this breach of warranty is limited to service and / or replacement Criteria First shall not cover any damages, including but not limited to the loss ot profit, special, incidental, commercial damage, consequential, misuse, and other similar claims

    A valid Serial Number is required for technical assistance The Serial Number must be retained as proof of purchase and presented to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number A detailed description of the problem and freight pre-paid to a Criteria First RMA Center In no event shall Criteria First be liable for any commercial damage, special, incidental, misuse, consequential, or other damages The repaired product will be returned to the owner, freight pre-paid You may obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by contacting Criteria First RMA Department, Customer Service, 3303 Greenglen Cir, Carrollton, TX 75007 972-492-4428
